Description

John Carlile who was head technician, is driving the tractor on the grass strip encircling the concrete track during a demonstration at the test lab. Allis Chalmers 8550 and Waterloo Boy
Description
Lou Leviticus beside the Allis Chalmers 8550 Diesel, which was tested in 1977, and the 1917 Waterloo Boy. The two tractors were posed this way because it was 50 years after the first tractor, the Waterloo Boy, was tested in 1920. The Allis was posed as a contrast in size.
