Non official test of Garden Tractor
Description
An unidentified Japan-made garden tractor during a drawbar test with the Oliver test car in tow. This was an unofficial test and a proprietary report was issued to the manufacturer only. In order to reduce the load of the heavy test car on the drawbar it was necessary to "motor" the test car. This was a very sensitive operation because the load had to be kept constant on the test sections of the track and there was always the danger that the heavy test car would overrun the tractor. That happeneds once when the Test car controller fell asleep!
