Handwriting reads: J H Smith. [unclear] 5th [unclear] Morro Castle Santiago De Cuba. July 10th 1900. First Building [unclear] Barracks In the distant is Morro and the Hospital the Light house and the Officers Quarters the Band. The Small Building on the right are the Bath House and Reading Rooms and the Kitchen on the porch are the bed clothing [unclear] are hung out every day.
