partly beaded, central blue "hoof" design in shape of sheath with a white band down its center having blue, green, red squared dots running its length, three red crosses with green centers in its blue area and topped with a stepped triangle form in green, blue and red, same form in reverse borders opening with forms meeting at their points, central design has fine blue lines radiating upward over white background, long loops beaded in green hang from opening, metal cones with red hair (damaged) hang from just under opening, tip of sheath has hanging from it leather strips with metal tubular beads
