Shell splinter removal operation on buttocks
Description: 
L1 Operation room on the front sheel [sic] splinters in the buttock In an operating room, a man lies on his side on a narrow table surrounded by two women and four men, who appear to be medical staff. The man is having an operation done on his buttocks. One of the women holds a pan beneath the hands of the doctor, who appears to be using tweezers to extract something from the buttock. The man in the left foreground stands slightly back and holds a pad of gauze between tweezers.
