Object Description:
Black dress with long sleeves. Shoulder pads. 'V' neck. Two sequined pockets at upper front chest. Deep waistband on front only. Two heavily sequined panels attach at bottom of front waistband and side seam giving effect of low peplum. Front skirt has unpressed inverted pleat at center front between sequined panels. Back bodice gathers at shoulder yoke and waistline. Self belt. Self fabric buttons
