Object Description:
Two piece halter top ensemble. Top and skirt. Halter top is gathered heavily at bust and joined at back neckband which slips over head. Extremely long waist panels tie in back. Long panels run up back to drape over halter neckband and fall below waist. Flared skirt in bias panels
