Description:
Contains the original "Dennis the Menace Takes a Poke at Poison" script that was first submitted to the Food and Drug Administration on July 12, 1960 and then resubmitted on January 25, 1962. The script reflects many, many changes made by both Hank Ketchum (in printed lettering) and Malcolm Ater (in cursive writing), including a little pencil drawing of Dennis' head added to page 15 by Hank Ketchum. (So many changes were made to keep the language consistent with the way Dennis talks.)
