The Archival Collection of Performances from the UNL's Glenn Korff School of Music consists of lawfully acquired and lawfully made recordings provided by the Music Library for the non-profit, educational use of UNL students, faculty, and staff and other persons granted permission to use the facilities of the University for educational purposes only. All performances are the copyright property of UNL. Non-commercial educational use of the recordings and images is permitted, but unauthorized copying, duplication, or redistribution beyond the standards of fair use is prohibited. Access to the searchable catalog record is open. Access to sound files is restricted to UNL students, faculty, staff and other persons granted permission to use the facilities of the University for educational purposes. The Archival Collection of Performances, its physical recordings and its digital audio, are an extension of traditional library services and are provided in a manner that respects fair use rights, the rights of copyright holders, and current copyright law. The user must assume full responsibility for any use of the materials, including but not limited to, infringement of copyright and publication rights of reproduced materials.
