"A spectacular and very rare bird's-eye view of Buenos Aires, lithographed in two tones by F.W. Kahler in Hamburg, after a drawing by Jean Desire Dulin. The view, taken from the Rio de la Plata, shows the port, with its docks which now form the very chic district of Puerto Madero. We can also recognize the beautiful building of the Correo Central, which became in 2010 the CCK or Centro Cultural Kirchner. We can see the Casa Rosada, from the back, the facade of the Gabildo, as well as many factories and power stations that no longer exist." (Begonia Le Bail, 2021)
