[Ball or the world in masquerade.] View of a masque, ball, or dance with gentlemen, ladies, fools priests, people from all nations including native Americans with feathered headdresses and men in turbans. Around the curtain framing the room are faces of characters, some wearing fool’s caps, one wearing spectacles or glasses, some of various gods, one with horns, one a scholar. Also includes chandeliers. Verses beneath the image in both Dutch and English.
